Let us begin with a brief history of this most important and most famous building. Emperor Constantine, the first Christian emperor of Rome, ordered a basilica to be built on a place called Vatican Hill. The location was symbolic: this was the place where Saint Peter, the chief apostle, was supposedly buried in 64 A.D. A small shrine already existed on the site but it was now replaced by a new building; the church was completed around 349 A.D. In the middle of the 15th century, the basilica was falling into ruin, so pope Nicolas V ordered the restoration and enlargement of the church after the plans created by Bernardo Rossellino. In 1506 pope Julius II laid the first stone of a new basilica which was to become the largest in the world. In 1547 Michelangelo designed the imposing dome and altered some of the original plans. Michelangelo died in 1624, two years before the completion of the dome. The St. Peter’s basilica was dedicated by pope Urban VIII in 1626. Ever since, this church has been the center of Roman Catholic Christianity, drawing pilgrims from all over the world. The building itself is truly impressive. The largest church in the world, it has a 218 meter long nave. The basilica’s dome, designed by Michelangelo, is the largest dome in the world, measuring 42m in diameter and reaching 138 meter high (more than 450ft). The interior, which includes 45 altars, is decorated by many famous artists. Some of the most important works in the church are the Pietà by Michelangelo, the papal altar by Bernini, the Throne of St. Peter – also by Bernini – and the Monument to the Stuarts by Canova. This Basilica is truly one of the most important structures of all in the Roman Catholic world. The Pope uses this area regularly, from special occasions to more mundane events. However, there is much more to the grounds of the Basilica than the vast majority of people realizes. Just as the rank paganism of Catholicism is so visible in so many areas, so is it clearly visible here.
Satanists believe that a neophyte to the coven must go through eight steps to proceed to “enlightenment” in the occult, a position they believe brings them to being “fully enlightened” spiritually. The eighth and final step is the Sex Act. This 8-wheel circle with the small hub in the middle represents these 8 occult steps to enlightenment. Now, look carefully at the vertical monument standing in the center of the Eight Fold Path of Enlightenment circle. Do you have any idea what that vertical monument is? This is an obelisk. The most popular, most understood obelisk in the world is the Washington Monument, in our Capitol. The obelisk was created by the Egyptians during the time of her greatest splendor, with one of the greatest obelisks being created as a present to Cleopatra, Queen of Egypt, in the First Century, B.C.
But, what are obelisks, and what is their use? New Age author Peter Thomkins set out to discover this answer. In researching obelisks, Tompkins “encountered the murky worlds of witchcraft, voodoo, demonology, and the darkest recesses of the human mind”.[Ibid., p. 2] In other words, this White Magic author discovered that the obelisk represented the world of the Black Magic practitioner!! The purpose of the obelisk was to worship the ancient Egyptian Sun God, ‘Ra‘. [Ibid., p. 7] Remember the ancient Egyptian Sun God, ‘Ra‘? In Exodus 10:21-23, we find that God sent intense darkness to cover the entire land of Egypt, to demonstrate that He was more powerful than their greatly revered, Sun God, ‘Ra‘. The Satanists of Ancient Egypt believed that the spirit of this Sun God dwelt within each obelisk. Therefore, each adherent to this Egyptian religion was committed to worshipping this spirit of ‘Ra‘. They were to “face the obelisk” at least once a day, but preferably three times daily. The worship of the Sun God has been preserved in Secret Societies through today, and their worshippers “face the obelisk” daily! But, there is yet more to the shape of the obelisk. Egyptian legend holds that the god, Osiris, was killed and that his sexual shaft was cut into 14 pieces. The obelisk represents Osiris’ male phallus. Later, as the paganism of the Chaldeans began to take hold in the Middle East, the obelisk was recognized as the male shaft of Baal, the god so hated by the Almighty God of the Holy Bible. Later still, in the Greek Mysteries Religion, “Pan the goat god and god of (sexual) sensuality, was often represented by an obelisk”. [Dr. Cathy Burns, "Masonic and Occult Symbols Illustrated", p. 340-1] The obelisk is the sexual erect shaft of the Sun God! By whatever name — Ra, Baal, Osiris, Pan, Lucifer. This is the sexual male symbol in the middle of St. Peter’s Basilica! Now, back to our historical story: After the glory of Egypt declined, several centuries after Christ, paganists across Europe began to buy various obelisks and transport them to various cities in Europe. “Ancient Pagan Rome moved many obelisks from Egypt, to be displayed in the major cities of the Roman peninsula. For example, the Roman Emperor, Augustus, transported a giant obelisk to Rome, to be “raised along the spine of the Maximus.. in the Circus Maximus.” [Ibid.] Then, when the ancient Roman Empire disintegrated, the Roman Catholic Church began to increase its power and influence until it assumed total power, both spiritually and politically. Soon, the Vatican purchased one of Egypt’s ancient obelisks and moved it to Rome, where they placed it in St. Peter’s Basilica. Therefore, whenever the Pope holds audience to vast crowds within the Basilica, the Pope is facing the obelisk, just as any good, committed Sun God pagan would do. Thus, we see that the Roman Catholic Church utilizes two Satanic symbols within St. Peter’s Basilica in Rome, the obelisk and the Satanic Eight Fold Path of Enlightenment wheel. Now, look carefully again at our original picture, above, of St. Peter’s Basilica. Notice that the obelisk is sitting precisely in the center of the hub at the center of the Eight Fold Path of Enlightenment. The Satanist knows exactly what is meant by this placement of the obelisk, as the Satanist worships fertility – the female goddess and the male horned god. One of the main symbols of the occult “Male principle” is the obelisk. One of the main symbols of the “Female principle” is the circle, symbol of the Vulva. Therefore, the Satanist depicts sexual intercourse by placing the obelisk within a circle!! This is precisely what is depicted here in St. Peter’s Basilica. Sex is depicted by placing the obelisk precisely in the center of the circle of the Eight Fold Path of Enlightenment! But, more than just Sex is depicted here: the occult Great Sex Act is boldly depicted by this obelisk sitting within the circular hub of the 8-Wheel Path of Enlightenment! And the faithful Roman Catholics of the world have no idea what their church has been doing, all these many years. The Church of Rome has routinely imported pagan practices into their doctrine, their rituals, and their symbols for centuries, simply giving them Christian names. But now, when adoring throngs of faithful Catholics filled the Basilica to pay their last homage to Pope John Paul II, they had no idea they were milling around, and on top of, the Satanic 8-Wheel Path of Enlightenment or that the tall structure they were encircling was the filthy pagan obelisk. And, they surely did not know that this combination of symbols boldly represented sexual intercourse!
This “Twisted Cross” was created by Black Magick Satanists — sorcerers and magicians — in the 5th Century to mock the regular Catholic Crucifix, creating the repulsive and distorted figure of Jesus hanging loosely on a cross, on which the top, and both side ends were noticeably “twisted” upward. [Piers Compton, "The Broken Cross: The Hidden Hand In The Vatican", p. 56-57] In less than one hundred years, Satanists had accepted this “Twisted Cross” as a symbol of both Antichrist and his “Mark of the Beast”. After Adam Weishaupt formed the Masters of the Illuminati in 1776, the Twisted Cross became an Illuminist symbol representing the coming New Age, Masonic Christ and his ‘Mark of the Beast’. “Few present day Catholics are aware of the meaning of this symbol that was brought into use again by Pope Paul VI…” [Ibid.] When Pope Paul VI began showing the Twisted Cross Crucifix rather than the traditional one, occultists throughout the world gasped at the stark meaning of this act: the Illuminati had finally taken over the Vatican — the year was 1963. Pope John Paul II continued holding forth this Twisted Cross. Now, let us return to this picture of Pope John Paul II holding up a Satanic Cross to the multitudes of adoring faithful during one of his many celebrations in St. Peter’s Basilica. What intrigued me first about this picture is that the Pope seems to be aiming the Twisted Cross directly at the Satanic obelisk sitting in the middle of St. Peter’s Basilica! All these tens of thousands of faithful Catholic adherents are bowing down before a symbol of Antichrist (Twisted Cross) without realizing it in the least! This scene will be repeated so often during the time of the Great Tribulation and will produce scenes like this one, described in prophecy:

Carefully examine these two pictures. They are most important to our understanding, as you will realize in a few moments. Pope’s Coffin Facing The Obelisk The most important feature of this picture is the pope’s trapezoidal coffin, which appears as a small pointed golden-colored “bullet shape”, with the cardinals clad in red on each side. In front of the coffin, a mysterious area of white covers the entire scene from side to side, except for a straight line carved through the middle. In fact, this straight line proceeds directly from the front of the coffin directly to the obelisk. Unseen behind this picture stands St. Peter’s Basilica and the balcony from which John Paul II stood “facing the obelisk” whenever he addressed the adoring faithful. Pope John Paul II is “facing the obelisk” in death, just as he faced the obelisk daily throughout his life. As we stated earlier, the committed paganist “faces the obelisk” at least once daily, and preferably, thrice daily. The physical position of the obelisk directly in front of the Basilica facilitated the pope and cardinals facing the obelisk, just as the position of the great American obelisk (Washington Monument) physically enables the President and any member of Congress to “face the obelisk” daily. Pope John Paul II — the latest incarnation of the Sun God — faced the obelisk for the very last time. Map of St. Peter’s Basilica Please now direct your attention to this black-white map of Vatican City. We have rotated this map upward from its true, normal East-West direction so that it would face the same manner as the colored news picture to your left. As you can see, the coffin of Pope John Paul II is sitting in an area barely into the white, from the gray area identified as “St. Peter’s Basilica”, just in front of the balcony so often used by a pope to address the multitudes of Roman Catholic adherents. The entire area known as “St. Peter’s Square” is shaped like the top of an old-fashioned key hole! This is not surprising, since the Roman Catholic Church has long maintained that their first pope was the Apostle Peter, to whom Catholic tradition says Jesus gave the “Keys To Heaven”. You can easily see how the coffin was placed directly west of the obelisk by comparing the colored news photograph to the black and white map. In fact, the straight narrow line from the coffin to the obelisk in the colored photograph seems to have been deliberately created so it would be apparent that someone wanted to emphasize that there was a connection between coffin and obelisk. But, when you consider that we flipped this map upward, you realize that the true direction of St. Peter’s Basilica – Obelisk is true West to East — just as a Masonic Temple is laid out! In fact, as a pope stands in the balcony of the Basilica facing the throngs in St. Peter’s Square, he is not only “facing the obelisk”, he is facing East. This colored news picture is demonstrating that the pope’s coffin is facing due East. It is not only facing the obelisk, it is facing due East! All Sun Worshipping Religions worship the Sun, and they all “face East”, the direction from which the Sun daily rises. We have noted, above, the Washington Monument is part of the larger Government Mall, which is laid out due West to East! The Washington Monument is directly in line with the Capitol building, due East. All pagan worship systems face to the East, so this situation should be no surprise to anyone familiar with paganism. Thus, the Sun God — Pope John Paul II — was buried in a trapezoidal coffin and was finally faced Eastward, not only toward the obelisk wherein the spirit of the Egyptian Sun God, ‘Ra” resided, but directly to the East, the direction of rising of the Sun! How fitting for the dead Sun God, the Roman Catholic Pontiff (Read NEWS2020 and NEWS1865 to see how the Roman Catholic Pope is a continuation in long line of pagan Sun Gods). The ultimate worship of all this Sun religion — the pointing toward the East — is the worship of Lucifer. Listen: ” ‘The Morning Star as described by Masonic author Edward Waite as Lucifer, rising in the East … is an emblem to us of the ever-approaching dawn of perfection and Masonic light’, confides Albert Pike. Furthermore, one book on Witchcraft has this caption under a picture: ‘Lucifer is one of the multiple names of Satan. As Lucifer, the Light-Bearer, he has his home in the East’.” [Dr. Cathy Burns, "Hidden Secrets of Masonry". p. 12]. Did you catch that last bit of information? Pagans believe that Lucifer “has his home in the East”. It is no wonder the coffin of Pope John Paul II was trapezoidal and faced due East, to the obelisk? Notes of Interest Untold millions of people heard two words constantly during this funeral: Vatican and Basilica. Did you know both terms have their roots in Satanism? As we have stated many times before, you do not have to do much journalistic research to uncover the signs of Satanism within Roman Catholicism, because they are everywhere. These two names are just cases in point. Vatican “Vatican” means “Hill of Divination” [Dr. Cathy Burns, "Billy Graham and His Friends", p. 413]. “Vatican Hill was once the major center of worship for the mother-goddess Cybele — the pagan Roman Empire’s greatest deity [Ibid.]. In fact, listen to the description of Cybele to see how directly she has been transformed into the Virgin Mary. “An article entitled ‘Which Goddess Is Which?’, explains that Cybele
Basilica “Basilica” has its root meaning in the magical word, “basilisk” [Ibid., p. 414]. The basilisk in the Black Magical tradition is a fearsome symbol. Any occult symbol, once created, takes on a life of its own. A basilisk is said to be a lethal symbol, because it will kill any living being upon whom it looks [Frederick Goodman, "Magic Symbols", Brian Trodd Publishing House, Ltd., London, 1989, page 6] In fact, the most feared type of basilisk was the serpent basilisk. Thus, the term St. Peter’s Basilica refers to the serpent basilisk, and the connotation is quite historically correct, don’t you think? The serpent basilisk in Satanism kills anyone upon whom his gaze falls; the serpent of St. Peter’s Basilica has historically killed tens of millions of people upon whom its lethal gaze of disfavor fell! We call this historic period the “Great Inquisition”. The Pope’s Mitre Look again at the picture, above, where John Paul II is holding forth the “Twisted Cross” to the adoring crowds, with the obelisk in the background. On top of the Pope’s head is the typical “mitre” hat. This headdress is the old mitre of the accursed Dagon Fish God, of the Philistines — One of the most obvious symbols that Roman Catholicism is just ancient accursed Satanism dressed camouflaged as Christianity is this ridiculous Satanic Dagon mitre. Who is Dagon, you might ask, and what is his mitre? Let us examine a couple of sources for our explanation, beginning with the Bible.
God then made it quite clear that Dagon was just a false, empty, powerless god!
How terrible is it that “His Holiness”, the Pope, wears a Dagon fish head mitre? He is glorifying the same weak, powerless, dumb, blind idol god that the True God of the Bible cursed and destroyed, only to then turn around to deliver such a painful retribution upon the people and the land of the Philistines? The Pope is wearing an accursed Dagon mitre! This one symbol should be enough to convince the right-minded, sober person that the entire Roman Catholic system is accursed, because it has resurrected ancient Satanism in many forms.
